not to my knowledge i think it just makes the hairs you have thicker making the apperance of re growth. I think losinghair is just something that happens and nothing we creat will fix it but hair plugs, which in my opinion is gross. they probly have a website where people talk about they're product, but it might be fake bc i dont see y they would put ne thing up about it if it were bad. But try amazon.com, right before you buy it, it will have a customer rating. Snd you can read peoples honest thoughts of if it worked or not. Good luck

Rogaine helps; I've used it and you can't tell my hair was thinning. You just have to keep continually using it to keep the results.

Supposedly works somewhat for some people - depends on type and cause of baldness. Very slow to see results and must keep using or new hair will fall out.

Yes, and no. What I mean is... Read the entire instructions, and you'll see that it takes a long time to actually achieve the look you want. You may have to purchase the already expensive applications, about 4 times, before you see the results. One question that comes to mind, in an inquiring way, is that we all hear about what Rogain does. But if you discontinue use, do you lose that new hair? Think about it.
