My brother is not even 20 years old yet and he is balding. What is the best treatment or way to prevent balding and regrow his hair back? Also inexpensive and quick?

There is no treatment. One time my brother, who lost his hair at a young age, had one of those wig things glued to his head for alot of money and he walked around all the time scratching his head! Tell your brother that the only one that's freaking about it is him, most women could care less about a mans hair and that is a fact!

This is usually caused by testosterone in combination with a number of other chemicals killing off the folicles.
Probably the fast way to stop the hair loss would be to put him on feminizing hormones (Estrogens, etc). However, most men would probably not take kindly to the impotence and feminizing body characteristics.
There are prescription methods of slowing it down and sometimes even causing regrowth, but it is still not a perfect science.

there really isn't a way to stop it but if his hair is thinning and only falling out a little you can slow the process down by using rogaine and different types of regrow hair shampoo, i have a friend who had the same problem and he started using the shampoos a lot and it really made a difference
