Rogaine is the most well known.

And there are a couple of other ones. None guarantee anything. One might work for you better than the other . But before you start using them, you should know, the results will show, if at all, only after 6 months of regular use. By regular I mean twice daily. And you will never have your full growth back. The best results such products can provide is about 30% regrowth, with the amount of money and effort it seems hardly worth it.

In my opnion, a hair transplant is the best permament solution. Also, changing your shampoo to something mild, like a Johnsons Baby Shampoo might slower the hair fall.

To the best of my knowledge, hair regrowth medications are only successful with particular types of hair loss. For example, Rogaine is only helpful in regrowing hair when the loss is occurring toward the back/crown of the head. It does not help with general thinning and receding hair lines. Checking with a doctor may be the best route to investigate.

The only over the counter product that might work is soap. I just don't see that working. There just isn't enough medication in over the counter products.

Hair loss is part nutrition, genetics and also radiation can cause hairloss. You might need hairplugs.
