if you want your hair to grow its important to nourish it from the inside out. i take multivitamin, biotin 5,000 IU, Vitamin E 400IU and super vitamin b-complex (yes that's what the vitamin is called) all of these can be found at walmart,CVS,etc.It will take at least 1 month to kick into your system. these are the basic components to healthy hair. if your hair isn't healthy it wont grow. Next try massaging the scalp with avocado, sweet almond oil, or jojoba oil with a few drops (3 drops at the most) of essential rosemary oil (once a week). all these can be found at a health good store or you can just mix the oil into your conditioner. you can also visit www.longhaircommunity.com they have allot of great info there. alot you can find DHT blocker at a healthfood store. to much DHT is what causes hair loss.
