At first, you could try visit a dermatologist or endocrinologist. Most of the times, hair-loss treatment is not permanently successful. There are special shampoos you can use, but they can only delimit or temporarily stop hair loss. If you stop using them, hair loss will probably go on. But I am not a doctor, you should consult one of the above types of doctors.

If certain hormones are elevated/decreased they can affect hair growth/hair loss. Until certain tests are done, their suggestion/treatment will vary from person to person.
