Hair loss treatment for men?

none.

Depending on how much hair has been lost, I suppose you could try things like rogain or propecia. However, if its meant to be, its meant to be.

I started thinning out at age 18! I went through it all from the stuff listed above, hair piece, even consulted surgery. The end result was to shave it all off. I even met my wife because the attention a bald head gets..lol

But I can tell you this.

Surgery. Very very expensive and its a big IF it even will work. A buddy of mine did it at age 50 and it cost about 10K. The end result was a few new hairs but now his scalp is full of poc marks.

Hair piece. These days they do look pretty good. Mine was very expensive and made of human hair. It was actually attached with a medical grade glue. I wore it 24/7, showered, swam, etc. It always looked normal. There was one issue. When you'd be on a date and the girl would try to run her fingers through it, you could definately tell something wasn't right. So imagine having to explain during that situation, "um yeah, i sorta wear a hair piece".

good luck, but give the idea of shaving it off a shot.
