Has anyone received treatment for male pattern hair loss? Does it actually work?

Can you please elaborate on the method of treatment you received and the outcome. Did you have any side effects? I am 29 and suffering from this condition - I would therefore be more interested if you are between 26 and 35. Thanks.

There are medications that help with this problem, but all of them produce only a temporary solution to the problem. If you stop taking your medication, your hair starts falling out again (so it's a great money-making machine for the drug companies). In the long run, a hair transplant may provide the best, most permanent and cheapest solution. Alternatively, you can come to terms with your hair loss - remember, many people find baldness to be the epitome of masculinity and extremely sexy.
